Find the Record Holder
Missouri has no single live county booking roster. The arrest location and the kind of record determine which office can answer. Start with the relevant county or St. Louis City in the County Directory; its local page identifies that jurisdiction’s roster and records channels. For a state-prison or supervision search, use the official Missouri Department of Corrections Offender Web Search. For federal custody, check the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE detainee locator.
- For an arrest report, roster entry, or booking image, read the Missouri recent-arrests guide and ask the sheriff or booking custodian through its listed records channel.
- For a Missouri State Highway Patrol stop or arrest, see the MSHP records guide; Patrol records do not replace county booking information.
- For a victim notification about custody events, use the state’s MOVANS and VINELink instructions.
- For a warrant or wanted notice, contact the agency named in the official notice. Do not approach a person listed as wanted.
