Purpose and Source Boundaries
Missouri arrest reports are generally public, but booking-photo access and online rosters differ among record holders. Booking systems capture intake and custody details; law-enforcement agencies maintain arrest reports; courts track case events and outcomes; corrections records describe later state custody or supervision. These systems do not combine into one current statewide feed.
Our role is to explain those boundaries and the kinds of questions each record can answer. This service does not store booking records or reuse arrest photos as a gallery. Government records remain with their original custodians, and an arrest entry should not be mistaken for a conviction.
Missouri Record Resources
The statewide collection connects a few distinct search needs:
- The Missouri recent-arrests hub covers the booking record, county rosters, photo policies, courts, and official wanted notices.
- The County Directory links to each county and St. Louis City local site.
- The Public Arrest Records page explains the Sunshine Law, mugshot statute, and record-closure paths.
- Separate pages describe MSHP arrests, the same-day Daily Arrest Report, the Weekly Arrest Log, and MOVANS custody notices.
Limits of This Service
This private reference is not connected to a Missouri sheriff’s office, jail, corrections department, or government agency. It cannot act for the offices that hold the original record.
- It cannot confirm, release, hold, or transfer a person in custody.
- It cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send funds for someone.
- It cannot provide legal advice or file court papers.
- It cannot guarantee that every public link or record is complete or current.
Published fields, update timing, and access rules depend on the record holder. A private summary cannot confirm a current booking, charge, or release status.
Search Partner Disclosure
Some search boxes are provided by outside companies, which set their own prices and terms. If a visitor follows a tool to a paid sign-up, this site may receive a referral fee. That income helps support the free reference pages. The outside provider controls its search results, charges, and data practices.
